Dan Hammes
Dan Hammes spent many years in the hospitality industry working
in every facet of the restaurant business. The restaurants he worked
in ranged from free standing establishments to hotel restaurants.
These restaurants covered all facets of dining from family restaurants
to fine dining restaurants and were located in California, Colorado
and Illinois.
His last restaurant position was as the Maitre D' of a fine restaurant
called Bellamy's in Illinois where he was responsible for an extensive
wine list, truly delightful full course dinners and wonderful after
dinner cordials.
In Denver he was on the staff of the renowned Denver Petroleum Club.
